Today I am bringing you Zoya Julie. Julie is part of the Spring 2013 Collection. Julie is a lilac frost. I'm not one for pastels but this one I could handle wearing again.
These pictures are all 2 coats with one coat of topcoat.
I found that the formula was very nice to work with. It went on smoothly and dried quickly. Even without a topcoat it has somewhat of a shine to it but I always add a topcoat for added protection.
